17 January 2018 COLOMBO — The Philippine Embassy in Dhaka (Dhaka PE) and the Office of the Philippine Honorary Consul (Colombo OPHC) met with the Bar Association of Sri Lanka on 17 January as part of Dhaka PE and Colombo OPHC's efforts to strengthen friendly links with renowned and respected institutions in Sri Lanka, in line with the Department's policy to provide dedicated assistance to Overseas Filipino nationals.

PHL Embassy in Dhaka Seeks Collaboration with Bangladesh’s Ministry of Cultural Affairs

10 January 2018 DHAKA — The Philippine Embassy in Dhaka—represented by Third Secretary and Vice Consul Ms. LV I. De Guzman (right), and Attaché Ms. Cathrinne Dimaranan-Gamo (left)—called on Bangladesh’s Ministry of Cultural Affairs (MOCA) Senior Assistant Secretary Vanesa Rodrigues (center) on 10 January 2018. The said officials discussed the status of the renewal of the Cultural Exchange Programme between the Philippines and Bangladesh, and future collaborations between the Embassy and the MOCA. The meeting was held as part of the Embassy’s cultural diplomacy program, aimed at enhancing appreciation of Philippine culture in Bangladesh. END
