The exhibition was organized by Dhakabashi, a socio-cultural organization established in 1991 that is engaged in upholding traditional and cultural heritage of Dhaka.

The Embassy showcased Philippine birds as kites and promoted the Philippines as home of some of the world’s richest biodiversity of flora and fauna, as well. Aside from the Philippines, various kites and posters from Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Japan, and Korea were displayed.

The program was concluded with the inauguration of the exhibit by Ambassador Bandillo as Chief Guest, assisted by Ms. Murni Nyaristi, Third Secretary from Indonesian Embassy as Special Guest. END.
