IOM-Maldives is coordinating with the Maldives Immigration and Maldives Ministry of Economic Development in handling the migration profile and human trafficking issues in Maldives. Dhaka PE and IOM-MV discussed parameters and programs related to trafficking for the protection of the Filipinos in Maldives.

The meeting was held as part of the Embassy’s ATN activities for CY 2018, in support of the Department’s targets and goals in relation to the DFA’s ATN program. END.
