Special Envoy Carlos Chan Calls on Philippine Ambassador

24 January 2018 DHAKA – Businessman Mr. Carlos Chan, Special Envoy to China, accompanied by former Ambassador to Dhaka Mrs. Zenaida Tacorda-Rabago called on Ambassador Vicente Vivencio T. Bandillo (center) on 22 January 2017 to discuss business opportunities in Bangladesh especially about his famous OISHI brand.
