03 October 2017 DHAKA - The Philippine Embassy in Dhaka participated in the 6th Asian Tourism Fair (ATF) held at the International Convention City, Bashundara (ICCB) on September 28 to 30.
The ATF is Bangladesh’s biggest tourism exhibition that features the widest travel network in the Asian region with travel agencies, tour operators, airlines and hotels. During the 3-day event, the Embassy-accredited travel agencies Pinoy Travels, Travel Smart Limited and Novo Aviation Services Ltd. supported the Embassy as exhibitors to promote the Philippines and attract foreign tourists to visit different tourist destinations in the Philippines.
Ambassador Vicente Vivencio T. Bandillo was invited as special guest with H.E. Rashed Khan Menon, MP, Minister of the Civil Aviation and Tourism (MoCAT) as the Chief Guest during the Inaugural ceremony at the 6th ATF. END
