Please also be notified of the new sets of passport application forms and passport requirements. All minor passport applicants, below eighteen (18) years old, will be treated as a new applicant. Hence, the PSA authenticated birth certificate or Report of Birth (if born abroad) of the minor applicant will be required during application for passport renewal.
