15 November 2017 - The Philippine Embassy in Dhaka wishes to remind our fellow kababayans in Bangladesh to stay vigilant and refrain frequenting public and commercial spaces in Bangladesh in view of the uncertainty of the current security situation in the country.
Further, as a matter of security precaution, the Embassy recommends reconsideration of non-essential travel within Bangladesh, and if possible, limiting movements in and around establishments considered to be possible targets of terrorist attacks such as restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, malls, and other similar places mostly frequented by the public and foreign nationals.
